Set User Account Permissions

Step Actions:

1. On the Home Page, click the Administration tab and the Summary screen displays.

2. Click the Users tab and the Manage Users screen displays. Locate the user for which you want to set account permissions and click Permissions.

3. The Permissions screen displays. Click the Edit link for Account Access.

4. The Edit Account Access screen displays all company accounts.

5. Click the Active checkbox to grant user permission for each account the user will have access to. To activate all permissions on the screen, click Activate All.

6. To set a limit on the individual transactions for an account, enter the dollar value in the per transaction, per day, per week and/or per month Limit fields.

7. To allow a specific limit to be exceeded, when approved, click the Exceed Limit W/Approval checkbox. (This will require an approval chain to be set up under Approval Workflow)

8. After completing all permission settings, do one of the following:
  • Click Save to update the permissions and the Verify Account Access screen displays. On the Verify Account Access screen, do one of the following:

  • Click Save and the Confirm Account Access screen displays. Click Done to save the changes.

  • Click Back to return to the Edit Account Access screen to make other changes, if necessary.

  • Click Reset to restore all fields to their original values and remain on the Add Account Access screen.

  • Click Cancel to return to the Company Profile screen without setting any permissions.
