Set User Service Permissions


Step Actions:

1. On the Home Page, click the Administration tab and the Summary screen displays.

2. Click the Users tab and the Manage Users screen displays. Locate the user for which you want to set feature access and limits for and click Permissions.

3. The Permissions screen displays. Click the Edit link for Feature Access and Limits (per account).

4. The Edit Feature Access and Limits (per account) screen displays. All company accounts display in the drop down list at the top of the screen. Select the account for which you want to set permissions from the drop down list and click View.

5. Click the Active checkbox to grant user permission for each transaction the user will have access to. To activate all permissions on the screen, click Activate All.

6. For some features, you can set limits. To set a limit on the individual transactions for an account, enter the dollar value in the per transaction, per day, per week and/or per month Limit fields.

7. To allow a specific limit to be exceeded, when approved, click the Exceed Limit W/Approval checkbox. (This will require an approval chain to be set up under Approval Workflow)

8. After completing all permission settings, do one of the following:
  • Click Save to update the permissions and the Verify Feature Access and Limits (per account) screen displays. On the Verify Feature Access and Limits (per account) screen, do one of the following:

  • Click Save and the Confirm Feature Access and Limits (per account) screen displays. Click Done to save the changes
  • .
  • Click Back to return to the Edit Feature Access and Limits (per account) screen to make other changes, if necessary.

  • Click Reset to restore all fields to their original values and remain on the Edit Feature Access and Limits (per account) screen.

  • Click Cancel to return to the Company Profile screen without setting any permissions.
