Carla's Instant Russian Tea ................................Carla A., Aulander, N.C..

2 cups Tang
3/4 cup lemon flavored instant tea
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 cup instant tea
1 tsp. ground cloves

Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine Tang, sugar, instant tea, cinnamon, and cloves. Mix well and store in an airtight container.
2. To serve, put 3 teaspoons of mix in a mug. Stir in 1 cup boiling water. Adjust to taste.

Makes 100 servings.


Cappuccino in a Jar...............................................Carla A., Aulander, N.C..

2/3 cup instant coffee granules
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 cup powdered chocolate
3/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

Directions:
1. Have ready 2 (12 ounce) canning jars. Put the instant coffee into a food processor, and process to a fine powder. If you don't have a food processor, put into a large plastic bag, and crush with a rolling pin.
2. In a large bowl, combine creamer, chocolate mix, instant coffee, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir together until well mixed. Spoon into 2- 12 ounce jars.
3. Attach a note to each jar that reads: Cappuccino: Mix 3 tablespoons of powder with 6 fluid ounces hot water.

1 jug apple cider
1 cup red hot candies

Directions:
Over medium heat, in a large pan, bring cider to boil. Add red hots. Stir until dissolved.


Apple Cider ...........................................................Theresa S., Mount Olive, N.C..

Apple juice (no sugar added)
Cranapple juice
2tsp.- Allspice
2tsp - Whole Cloves
3 - cinnamon sticks
1/2 cup of light brown sugar

Mix into a large pot and simmer for 45 minutes.


Diane's Instant Russian Tea .......................Diane C., Robersonville, N.C..

I 7 oz. jar Tang
1/2 c. lemon instant tea
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1and 1/2 c. sugar
Mix the above together. Store in air tight container. Sugar may be omitted and sweetened as you make each cup
