Recurring Transfers
Q. How
far in advance may I schedule a recurring transfer?
A. For a recurring transfer, the first transfer date can be as soon as tomorrow or as late as one year from today. You may schedule the transfer to recur between two and ninety-eight times, or you may elect to have the transfer continue indefinitely by selecting "Pay Until Further Notice." Q. What
if I need to schedule an immediate transfer?
A. To set up an immediate transfer, click the Single Transfer link in the gray navigation bar. Then select today as the transfer date. Recurring transfers cannot have a starting date of today. Q. When
do transfers take effect?
A. For a recurring transfer, the first transfer will take place on the morning of the day you select as the starting date. Each subsequent transfer will take place at the interval you specify. If an instance of a recurring transfer falls on a weekend or holiday, it will occur the next business morning. A transfer to a credit account will post to your account as a payment by the next business day. Q. How
do I know whether or not my transfer was successful? Q. How do I set up
a single transfer? Q. What is the balance
beside the account name? For credit and loan accounts, the balance listed is the outstanding
balance, not your minimum payment due. |
