Single Transfer
Q. When
do transfers take effect?
A. If you schedule a single transfer and choose today as the transfer date, the transfer will take place as soon as you click Transfer Funds on this page and then click Confirm on the transfer review screen. If you schedule a transfer to take place on a future date, it will take effect in the morning on that date. A transfer to a credit account will post to your account as a payment by the next business day. Q. How
far in advance may I schedule a future transfer?
A. You may schedule a one-time future transfer up to a year in advance. If you are scheduling a recurring transfer, the first transfer date must be within one year of today. Q. How
do I know whether or not my transfer was successful?
A. There are several ways to see that your transfer was successful. For immediate transfers, a confirmation screen will appear. Also, for deposit accounts, a successful transfer will be reflected immediately in your Available Balance as well as in Today's Credits or Today's Debits. Transfer History is updated each morning. That screen lists transfer that have occurred on your account and indicates whether or not each was successful. Successful transfers will also appear as transactions on your Account Detail screen after the next posting. Q. How
do I set up a recurring transfer? Q. What is the balance
beside the account name? |
