Previously he served as the Regional Executive of the South Region of the Bank. He has been with the Bank since 2002. |

Drew M. Covert, President of BancShares
Mr. Covert serves as our President and as the Bank's President and Chief Operating Officer. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President of the Bank and as a Bank Examiner for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation from 1991 until 1998. |

David A. Bean serves as our Secretary, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer and as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary of the Bank. He has been employed by the Bank for 30 years. |

Michael T. Bryant serves as our Vice President and as Executive Vice President and Area Executive for the Northwest Region of the Bank. He has been with the Bank since 1985. |

Richard D. Ray serves as our Vice President and as Executive Vice President of the Bank. He previously served as Senior Vice President of the Bank until 1998 and as Regional Vice President until 1993. He has been employed by the Bank for 38 years.
