Separately Managed Accounts (SMA)
Separately Managed Accounts are individually managed portfolios that are entirely owned by the individual investor – that is, the portfolio manager buys and sells stocks and/or bonds for the portfolio on behalf of the investor. Your assets are not commingled with those of other investors as in mutual funds.
Like mutual funds, Separately Managed Accounts offer the benefits of diversification and professional money management. The management fee arrangement covers the services of the portfolio manager, as well as the financial consultant, based on the total value of the portfolio. Minimum investment is $100,000 per portfolio.
Securities, investment advisory services, and insurance products offered through UVEST Financial Services and its affiliates, member FINRA / SIPC and a SEC registered investment advisor UVEST and Southern Investment Services are independent entities.
