,(Kristen) Welcome to Money Matters at 7:57 with Justin Chastain. And Justin, we all know managing our finances can be super stressful, but those money problems can impact a lot more than your wallet.

(Justin) Oh, for sure, and you know what we are finding out now is mental, emotional, physical health all goes into our financial stresses as well. Because when we are mentally straying, we tend to overspend on things that we don’t value. So, it’s always a fine balance of developing better financial habits but also align with your emotional, physical, and health well-being.

(Kristen) Yeah, because I don’t need those extra pair of leggings, but sometimes I think I do. But, seriously, what do you do if you’re feeling the stress? Who should you talk to?

(Justin) A trusted advisor, but it’s also important to develop healthy habits: exercising, taking breaks throughout the day just as a mental pause — you know, create different things that you enjoy, but make sure you are investing in yourself.
