Setting Up Online & Mobile Banking
STEP 1: Set Up Online Banking
If you already have Online Banking, click here to log in and confirm or update your personal Online Banking profile.
PLEASE NOTE:
Before you can log in to Southern Bank Personal mobile app, you will need to sign up for Online Banking and create an Online Banking profile. All you need to set up your account is a Southern Bank personal checking account and a computer with internet access.
STEP 2: Get the Mobile App
Once you’ve set up your Southern Bank personal Online Banking account, you can download and use the Southern Bank Personal mobile app for your smartphone or smart device. Simply log in using the online banking username and password that you have already set up. Then you’re ready to start banking your way!
Search for “Southern Bank Personal” or “Southern Bank and Trust.”
If you have set up Online Banking but have not used it within the past 90 days, call Southern Bank Customer Care at
1-855-ASK-SBANK (1-855-275-7226) to reactivate your account.
The Customer Care Center is open Monday through Friday 8am-7pm and Saturday 9 am-1pm. The center is closed on Sundays and federal holidays.
