(Kristen) All right. Welcome to Money Matters at 7:57 with Justin Chastain. So, Justin, help us be a little good this year. We’re trying out there, right? What are some tips to help recognize that we may actually have some really bad money habits?

(Justin) Well, you’re asking the wrong person. I got coal in my stocking this year, so, no, it is. It’s easy to follow into developing just habits. And you said it. It’s not about achieving goals or any of those things other than how do we make small, subtle changes to our habits? So, the first thing we need to do is writing our values down. Don’t make this harder than it needs to be. Secondly, start small. Learn fast. And thirdly, reach out for help. Trusted advisers are out there. And don’t take yourself too seriously.

(Kristen) That – that’s probably a good one.

(Justin) That’s the biggie.

(Kristen) Always take some outside advice when it comes to money.

(Justin) Yes.

(Kristen) So, thank you so much, Justin. We’ll see you guys next time at 7:57. Until then, remember financial wellness starts here.
