(Kristen) Welcome to Money Matters at 7:57 with Justin Chastain. And, Justin, OK, so back in January, a lot of us might have made some resolutions to save, but a lot of us may have fallen off track. So, what are the causes? I mean, the reason we do that?

(Justin) Out of sight. Out of mind. You know, resolutions, I always say, are meant to be broken. That is the one thing that we can commit to, that we will break a resolution. I hate to admit it, even myself. What is more important, in a way to get back on track, is for people to stay focused around their values. Don’t treat mental, physical, personal, professional awareness as a chore. Look at it as something that is empowering yourself, and stick to those values, and look at it as not being “I’ve got to be perfect.” You develop better habits. If you fall off one day, get back on track the next, no big deal.

(Kristen) I love that. So, always get your trusted advisor involved to keep you on track all the time.
