You’re among the first Southern Bank customers and users to experience our enhanced digital banking platform.
As part of our early access and Pilot Wave rollout, you’ll begin using the same digital banking experience that will become available to all Southern Bank customers on Oct. 19. This page brings together the most important information you’ll need to get started, access the platform, and know where to turn if you have questions.

When your scheduled access date arrives, use the links sent by our treasury services team to download the new App and access online banking.
Please begin using the new platform only on or after the access date provided to you by Southern Bank.
What to Expect
Southern Bank Digital brings a fresh look and a more connected experience across desktop and mobile. Once you log in, take a few minutes to get familiar with the platform and review your settings.
Depending on the accounts and services you use, you may need to complete a few setup steps after your first login.
Business Digital Banking Users
When you log in:
- Follow the login and authentication instructions provided to you by Southern Bank. Your username will be your current Company ID, immediately followed by your User ID (example: 123456admin).
- Create a new password when prompted, if applicable.
- Customize your dashboard to prioritize the accounts and information most important to your business.
- Review recurring payments, scheduled transactions, and account or security alerts.
- Confirm that the users and permissions your business needs are set up correctly.
Your existing payee information will remain available, but certain recurring or scheduled activity may need to be re-established.
Treasury Users
If your business uses Treasury services, you may have additional steps. Follow the transition instructions provided directly to your company, including guidance for login credentials, security tokens, ACH (payroll and vendor pay) and wire activity, user permissions, and other Treasury services (like adding a user).
Before completing time-sensitive ACH or wire transactions, take a moment to confirm that your access, permissions, templates, and applicable services are set up as expected.

A Few Important Reminders
- Review recurring and scheduled activity.
Recurring payments, future-dated transactions, and alerts may need to be re-established in the new experience. - Keep important information handy.
Treasury customers should retain a copy of current ACH and wire template information as a backup and follow the transition guidance provided by Southern Bank. - Take a look around after your first login.
Your dashboard can be customized based on the accounts and tools you use most. - Protect your information.
Never share your password, authentication codes, security token information, or other sensitive account information with anyone who contacts you unexpectedly.
